iSurv1vor Peru is the ninth season of the Online Reality Game iSurv1vor

This season began Generation II of iSurv1vor that incorporates the next six seasons of the series. with eighteen new players divided into two tribes based solely on their age, Chavin were comprised of contestants between the ages of 13-20 whilst Norte Chico were comprised of contestants aged 21 and older.

A twist known as the Tribal Chief that would come into effect once the tribes merged. The person chosen to be Chief would nominate three people to be eligible to be voted against (known as Los Menos) as well as themselves. If the Chief survives the vote, they choose a successor and the trend continues.

Host of the series Sandy has gone on record several times to state that Peru is his favorite season with nine cast members returning for second and third games, and also rejuvenated interest in the series after the cheating scandal in All-Stars.

Erik won the game against Kirin in a 5-4 vote.

The Los Menos twist at the merge was based from the CBS show Pirate Master where the Captain would nominate three players for the Black Spot.
This is the second time that the tribes merged with twelve, following All-Stars.
One of the original cast members, José, failed to check in on time and was replaced with Alyssa. He would later make his appearance in Congo and Japan.
- Ironically, both Alyssa and José returned in their second respective seasons as Favorites.
